Shop, Dine & Stay at Hotel Arts
This unexpected cold snap over the weekend made it the perfect STAYCATION weekend at Hotel Arts.
Now until April 30, 2020 Hotel Arts is running a Shop, Dine and Stay promotion. When you book a night, you’ll receive a $50 shopping voucher per night per room, which can be redeemed at The CORE, Chinook Centre or CrossIron Mills. You’ll also receive a $50 gift card for Concorde Restaurant Group per night – (Bridgette Bar, Double Zero, Goro + Gun, Model Milk, National, Palomino Smokehouse, Pigeonhole, Ricardo’s Hideaway, Sky 360 and more). This is the perfect excuse to check-in, enjoy a great meal at a local restaurant, get in some shopping and sip tropical drinks poolside ?
If you are from out of town and have never been to Hotel Arts before, here are somethings to note: there is great Canadian and International art throughout the hotel, so you are guaranteed an artful stay. It’s pet friendly so your fur babies are welcome. There is two great restaurants in the hotel; Yellow Door Bistro and Raw Bar.
The best part of this weekend for us was the heated and covered courtyard pool. We enjoyed fruity drinks and the warm water, then lounged poolside next to the beautiful open fire place. Sipping your favourite libations poolside is what makes this hotel a year-round gem in the freezing temperatures. Hotel Arts is centrally located in the beltline area of the city in close proximity to many shops and some of the top restaurants in the Calgary food scene. There are bikes to borrow so when the weather heats up, you can jump on a bike and cruise around the city on the bike lanes.
The girls and I have been running from school to sports since the year began and it was so nice to have a relaxing weekend for just us. It’s such a treat to enjoy the day so close to home but feeling like we got away.
After we toured the art around the restaurants and main lobby we headed to our room to check it out.
The room was luxuriously spacious, open and contemporary. Some of us just couldn’t contain their excitement for the pool…
We used our $50 dining credit for Concorde Group at Bridgette Bar to fill our tummies after the appetite we worked up swimming.
After dinner we made it to the mall to use our $50 shopping credit on our favourite fashions <3
