Raniti in NYC- DKNY Behind the scenes with Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn and Eliza Cummings

Recently while I was in Paris, my very talented #BFF @Raniti was in NYC and stumbled upon the DKNY photo shoot. Accompanied by fellow British models Jourdan Dunn and Eliza Cummings, Cara Delevingne (aka. The next Kate Moss) danced on top of taxi cabs and posed for photos with fans in Manhattan’s iconic Times Square. The photo shoot is for DKNY’s upcoming Spring 2014 ad campaign. The shoot was snapped by not only Swedish photographer Mikael Jansson, but also @Raniti who exclusive shared her snaps with katrinaolson.ca.

The New York based Donna Karen label shared Cara’s quirkiness with passerby’s watching her taking photos with fans, high-fiving people, and giving a thumbs-up! This all took place between the very busy 45th and 46th streets between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, the set featured classic New York City yellow cabs spray painted with coluorful graffiti, with the three models posing both on top of and around the taxis wearing the graphical DKNY Spring 2014 collection.

Skater Dylan Rieder also appeared on set wearing a slick black DKNY bomber jacket alongside hip-hop star and fashionista A$AP Rocky, who drops references to Damir Doma, Raf Simons, Lanvin and Balmain in his song “Fashion Killa.” Something of a favorite for the brand, Rocky also recently performed at the DKNY 25th birthday party.
