On the night of March 12, 2016, Theatre Junction GRAND will be transformed into a mysterious, macabre and magical place where conventional reality gives way to mystery and illusion. Featuring DJ’s, dance floors, impromptu entertainment acts, a silent auction and culinary inventions by Workshop Kitchen and Culture, LA NUIT SAUVAGE is a wild and playful night full of dark fantasy and strange wonder in support of innovative live art creation and presentation at Theatre Junction GRAND. Come dressed to play.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make the elusive French macarons this is your chance!
What’s involved: You’ll join Chef David for a 2.5-3 hour evening at our store (810C 16th Ave SW, Calgary) where you will learn a little bit about the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips & tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation, and troubleshooting.
You will sample some macarons & have tea from by Ollia’s own line of premium organic loose leaf teas. At the end of the class you will have a box of your own macarons to take home. They supply all materials and equipment needed. (I have done this class and it is super fun!)
